Precautions for use include:
Cold start problem: During cold start, due to high viscosity, the preset optical maintenance indicator signal value may be exceeded. After reaching the operating temperature, the mechanical/optical indicator can be manually confirmed.
Maintenance indicator: If the filter element replacement maintenance indicator is not paid attention to, the bypass valve will open when the pressure difference increases, causing unfiltered liquid to flow to the clean side of the filter, and effective filtration cannot be guaranteed.
Replacement steps: When replacing the filter element, the equipment needs to be turned off and the pressure is reduced, the filter housing needs to be unscrewed and the hydraulic oil needs to be collected, the filter element needs to be removed and the surface impurities need to be checked, damaged parts and seals need to be checked and replaced, and finally the hydraulic system needs to be pressurized and checked for oil leaks.
