Precautions for use
Installation and commissioning specifications
The main valve and pilot valve must be installed vertically. When the inclination angle exceeds 5°, a support frame must be added to avoid leakage caused by uneven force on the valve core.
Before commissioning, the pipeline must be thoroughly flushed to remove welding slag impurities to prevent clogging of the precision throttle hole of the pilot valve.
Operation and load management
When adjusting the pressure, first turn the knob counterclockwise to zero, and then gradually increase the pressure to the target value to avoid instantaneous high pressure impact on the diaphragm assembly.
The working pressure must not exceed the rated value marked on the nameplate (such as 175 bar), and a safety relief valve protection system must be installed for overpressure conditions.
Maintenance and troubleshooting
Check the wear of the pilot valve diaphragm and nozzle baffle every 500 hours. In high temperature environments, the lubricating oil replacement cycle needs to be shortened to 300 hours.
It is strictly forbidden to operate with power on during the maintenance of explosion-proof products. The flatness and sealing of the explosion-proof surface must be restored after disassembly.
System redundancy design
It is recommended to configure dual pilot valve redundant control for key process circuits. When the main valve fails, it can be switched to the backup valve to maintain production continuity.
Regularly calibrate the synchronization of the electrical positioner signal and the valve position feedback. If the deviation exceeds ±2%, it needs to be recalibrated.
