Precautions for use
Regular inspection: During use, the working condition of the water separator and oil mist filter in the system should be checked regularly, and water should be drained and oiled in time. For cylinders that are not supplied with oil, lubrication grease should be applied to the sliding part of the cylinder every six months.
Add lubricating oil: For single-ear and double-ear tail or intermediate swing cylinders, lubricating oil should be added to the tailstock or swing shaft regularly.
Check the connection parts: During use, pay attention to check whether the various parts of the cylinder are loose, especially the connection parts.
Check the seals: Check the condition of the seals regularly to ensure they are intact and avoid leaks.
