Using an integral stator-rotor pair or Geroler™ technology, it optimizes gear meshing efficiency, is compact (e.g. the J motor has a diameter of only 106mm and a length of 104-130mm), has high power density, and has a large output torque, making it suitable for installation in engineering machinery with limited space.
Some models can reach a pressure of 175 bar, have high speed (low stable speed of 15 rpm) and anti-pollution ability, and support stepless speed regulation and forward and reverse switching.

Key components use toothed stator-rotor pairs, double-jointed angular ball bearings and wear-resistant materials, with high mechanical efficiency and long life, and can withstand heavy-duty conditions (such as metallurgical equipment and forestry machinery).

Precautions for use
Installation and connection specifications
The drive shaft needs to be connected through a flexible coupling to avoid uneven bearing force or wear caused by rigid installation.
When used in series, an external oil drain port is required to ensure pressure balance.
Load and operation management
Select the appropriate model according to the actual load to avoid overload or underload operation affecting efficiency and life.
The working oil temperature is controlled at 0-80℃, and the oil filtration accuracy is not less than 25 μm to prevent particulate matter from aggravating wear.
Maintenance points
Clean the motor housing regularly, replace high-temperature resistant lubricating oil (recommended cycle ≤500 hours), and focus on checking the wear of bearings and seals.
After long-term disuse, manually turn the gear to confirm that there is no jamming, and test the pipeline sealing.
Safety protection
Avoid water and dust from entering the motor. A protective cover must be installed for outdoor use.
Monitor temperature and vibration abnormalities during operation and stop the machine for troubleshooting in time.
